Information submitted through public forms is used to respond to the inquiry, create or review local CRM records, prepare follow-up activities and tasks, and maintain a factual record of the request.
What information is collected
Forms may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, inquiry details, timing, preferences, and source-attribution details such as landing pages or UTM values. Submissions may also retain limited abuse-prevention signals and duplicate-review data.
Marketing and communication preferences
Marketing-email interest and text-message consent remain optional. They are separate from the inquiry and are not conditions of receiving real-estate services. Providing a phone number does not by itself create text-message consent, and submitting an inquiry does not automatically enroll anyone in marketing.
Email handling
Marketing-email drafts, queue records, unsubscribe handling, and delivery-event foundations exist locally. Approved messages are expected to include unsubscribe functionality when delivery is enabled. Hard email blocks such as unsubscribe, invalid address, permanent bounce, and manual do-not-email restrictions remain honored.
Client portal and search tools
The public Search Homes page may display a Matrix / NTREIS search in an external iframe. Interactions inside that embedded interface are handled within Matrix. Savage Realty does not receive or add anonymous search activity to its CRM merely because someone browses the iframe.
Only an explicit Savage Realty inquiry is processed through the local intake and CRM workflow. OneHome remains a separate, invitation-only client portal; neither public browsing nor portal wording should be interpreted as self-registration or automatic account creation.
Social profile links may appear when configured, but live social publishing connections are not active by default in this launch foundation.
Retention and security
Submissions are retained privately for follow-up, duplicate handling, abuse review, delivery history, unsubscribe history, and audit needs. Reasonable security practices are used, but no website can guarantee perfect security or uninterrupted service.
Agency relationship
Using this website or submitting a form does not, by itself, create an agency relationship. Representation requires the appropriate separate agreement.
